Hang Up on Hunger

People experience hunger every day, even though many of us are unaware of the severe disparities that exist in our own neighborhoods. While some of us are fortunate enough to come home to a warm, home-cooked meal every day, there is a large portion of our community that isn’t as lucky. 

Here at JMJ Insurance, we want to provide our community with the unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors. We want to bring awareness and address the impact of food insecurity amongst seniors in our local area. Our shared vision of providing much-needed relief to our hungry neighbors inspired us to join JCK in its mission to address food insecurity. 

Since opening its doors in 2013, JCK has made tremendous strides to reduce hunger by distributing food using educational tools, advocacy, and partnerships. Besides serving partner agencies and tailored meals, JCK offers various opportunities that directly help our hungry neighbors.

Through the outpouring love and determination of its volunteers, members of the Gwinnett community no longer have to worry about getting food on the table. Be a part of something special and join and see how you can contribute to the Joy Community Kitchen with monetary or food donations or even giving your time to those in need.

We are committed to raising awareness in our community and giving our customers, partners, and anybody else that cares the ability to make an impact themselves. We will donate $10 on your behalf to our Current Community Cause campaign for every person you recommend to us.
